Training and further education
Naturally we train young people on site. A cooperation agreement with FHDW Paderborn enables us to offer young graduates a dual course of study in conjunction with their training; in order to train specialist staff in a targeted manner and to tie them closely to the Möllers Packaging Technology.
The Möllers Packaging Technology Academy is open for customers, business partners and of course our own competence teams. They all profit from an ultra-modern equipped seminar facility which is directly adjacent to the machine workshop where we train on the world’s only 1:1 scale palletless line.

The Möllers Packaging Technology is certified for quality management according to the international standard DIN EN ISO 9001. Within the scope of the audit on the test bench: Work flows and project work, service and customer satisfaction, employee motivation and corporate culture – but in particular sustainable economies in production and administration.
Data responsibility
With digitization potential new automation and business areas arise. Data, for example, form the foundation of our measuring- and optimization tool PRODUCAT®: They enable innovative services which offer our customers sustainable added value. We guarantee that these data are protected.
